Kane Poster - Signed to YOU...
Oct. 19th, 2012 05:23 amSo...I'm not a huge autograph hound. I tend to prefer to get things signed that have a personal significance to me, like a picture that I've taken.
When it comes to Christian Kane, I have what's important to me.
However, I have a photo that I took of the man at a gig in Vegas last year printed as an 20X30 inch poster.
With my gold ticket for Con 2, I get autographs, and while I've sorted everyone else with pictures (aside from guest stars, which....I have no pictures of), I don't really need another 20x30 poster of Mr. Kane.
This is the picture:

So. I am willing to take it with me to England, get it signed and deliver it (either in person at the con or by mail once I'm home).
What I would like to do is offer it out to all of you in an auction, the proceeds of which will go into my Christmas Heifer International donation. Every year I take whatever money I haven't spent on physical gifts and I "buy" gifts at Heifer. If you're not familiar with the organization, check them out online.
If there is anything left over after I do that I will add it to my next Kiva loan (also an organization worth looking into).
I will set a reserve price of what I paid for the printing, which was $20 US. Bidding will be open all weekend untilMonday Friday morning. If I am mailing the poster upon my return from England, the winning bidder will pay shipping costs.
So if you want to bid, just comment here.
ETA: I have extended the bidding through Friday (10/19) morning.
