So, I got it in my head that what Angel/Wesley needed was a fic where the traditional roles were somewhat reversed...and this was born. It takes place part way through season three of AtS. The backstory is that during Angel's slide toward darkness, Wesley discovers its cause, but before he can save Angel from himself, Angel tortures him, then disappears. The first chapter picks up a year later. Wesley is a changed man...but then, so is Angel.

Overall the series is rated at NC-17 for sex and some violence.
