Summary: Things have settled into something resembling normal for Sam and Dean on Atlantis, but as usual, that's just when things go sideways as Sam's visions return and they find evidence that Meg has attempted to bring daddy to Pegasus the hard way.

( They turned as one and ran for John's voice, coming to a screeching halt beside him where there was a large sigil, also painted in blood on the ground in the center of the village. )
