devon99 and she knows why. No warnings to speak of.
He wakes slowly, a little disoriented and unsure of where he is. A warm body lies against him, legs twined together, a hand on his left shoulder, a head on his chest. His right arm is trapped beneath…he breathes in deep and the scent of sex and sweat and Charlie fills his nose, reminding him where he is and why.
"No." Charlie mumbles without moving.
"No?" Colby asks, his left hand lifting to pet through the mess of Charlie's hair that obscures his face.
"Not moving." Charlie clarifies, his voice a tumble of sleepy words against Colby's skin. "Not ever."
Colby chuckles and leans in to kiss the top of Charlie's head. "Never?"
Charlie groans then lifts his head, eyes sparkling. "Not today anyway."
"You saying I wore you out, Professor?" Colby asks, relaxing into the soft comfort of Charlie's bed. It's a far cry from his own place, with its stark walls and passable bed. Here the sheets are soft and the mattress under him seems to cradle them. The room itself feels comfortable, more homey than anyplace he's been in a while.
"Very funny." Charlie puts his head back down on Colby's chest and sighs. "I just want to savor this."
On the bedside table Colby's phone starts to ring.
"No." Charlie says again. "Don't answer it."
"It might be important."
"It's always important. Don't answer it."
Colby nods and pulls his hand back. "Okay. Not answering it."
"Good."
Charlie is warm and relaxed beside him, so much different than he'd been when they'd first come here. The end of a long case, strain and stress on the entire team and Charlie had been hyped up, nervous energy keeping him moving.
Colby had offered to help him work it off, and while he'd meant a work out of a different variety, Charlie had looked at him, had kissed him…and Colby just couldn't say no. Still Charlie had been nervous once they got this far, into this room…talking non-stop, at least until Colby had pinned him against the wall and kissed him, covering his lips with his own until he stopped talking, then sweeping his tongue through Charlie's mouth.
He took his time, never taking the next step until Charlie did…and they had slowly found their way to the bed, leaving a trail of shoes and clothing across the floor until they were sprawled across the mattress, touching each other, kissing and licking at bare skin until their mouths found one another again.
Charlie's phone starts buzzing on the other side of the bed and Charlie groans again before flopping onto his back. Colby takes the opportunity to roll himself, straddling over Charlie to kiss him, pressing him into the pillows. "No phones." Colby whispers.
"No phones." Charlie nods, kissing back.
Colby slides down to lay against him, their bodies warming to the idea of more than just kissing. Colby slips a hand down between them, taking Charlie's cock in hand and stroking it to harden it more. "For me?" Colby whispers playfully before sliding down, letting the sheet cover his head as he takes the tip in his mouth and licks around it.
"Charlie! You up here?"
Colby freezes as he hears the door open. "Shit! Sorry. Shit!" That's Don's voice which only makes him freeze more.
"Don! Get out!" Charlie's pulling away and if he isn't careful he's going to expose Colby.
"I said I was sorry."
"Just go…I'll be…down in a minute."
Colby hears the door close, then Charlie taps his shoulder to let him know he's safe. It's obvious they've both lost the moment though as Colby sits back and Charlie starts to laugh. "Leave it to my brother…"
He stands and reaches for a pair of pants on the chair near the bed. "You…um…"
"I got this." Colby responds. "Just give me enough time to get dressed and out the back."
"Don will have seen your car." Charlie pulls on his robe, frowning. Colby kisses at the edges of the frown.
"Trust me."
He pulls on his own clothes as Charlie heads for the door, then heads for the window. It's a little treacherous getting out and down to the ground floor, let alone picking the lock on the garage door and letting himself in.
Both Charlie and Don look surprised when he opens the door, yawning. "You got coffee started, Professor?"
"Colby?" Don looks suspiciously at him, then the stairs.
"Yeah, got a little trashed last night, slept in the garage."
Don raises an eyebrow at him, then looks at Charlie, who shrugs. "Coffee. I'll get coffee." Charlie disappears into the kitchen.
"So, who was upstairs then?"
Colby shrugs. "Don't know. I was pretty drunk."
Don nods, clearly not believing him. Charlie came from the kitchen with the coffee. "Don needs me to come finalize a few things on the case." Charlie says, glancing at the stairs.
"Mind if I grab a shower?" Colby asks, sipping at his coffee.
"No, go ahead." Don is still staring at them, even as Charlie heads for the stairs. "I'll be down in a minute."
"So…you and my brother went out drinking last night?"
Colby shrugs. "Just beers, but then things got…you know, a few shots, and next thing I know Charlie took my keys and drove us back here."
He sips at his coffee and basically keeps Don from going upstairs to see who is with Charlie until Charlie finally comes back downstairs. "You want me to give your date a ride somewhere?" Colby asks, grinning.
"You don't mind?" Charlie asks, blushing a little.
"Oh, I don't mind at all." Colby responds, watching them leave. "I don't mind at all."
