They Say It's Your Birthday...

phantismaWell, actually...no. I'm here to talk about my birthday.
See, it's right around the corner. On September 13th. Okay, okay, it's over a month away.
BUT! I'm excited.
See, knowing it was my birthday, the boys of Kane decided to throw me a party. Okay, so it's a week early and it's in Portland, but it's totally for me. Completely. Absolutely.
Alright, maybe it isn't for me...but seeing as I have decided that I am going to said show (at Duke's in Portland. Information still to come...basics are September 5th at Duke's), and seeing as my birthday is a week away, I have decided that must mean we are meant to party!
So. I am opting for simple and inexpensive. Theme=Red & Black.
I will be bringing red, black and red&black mardi gras beads to hand out to anyone and everyone who wants to party with us...at least until I run out. I got them here: https://emardigrasbeads.com/
I went with the basics, the 33 inch strands of the 7mm beads. I am also getting the red devil ducky beads, one for myself, one for each of the guys in the band. Yes, I will totally get them to at least put them on their mic stands if not wear them.
That said, if you're coming and want to participate, great! Wear Red or Black or Red and Black! Want to throw in some fun? Awesome. More (longer strands, bigger beads, whatever) beads, red glow sticks, red & black toys, hats...whatever idea you have...the more stuff, the more fun.
I'm not looking for lots of money spent, just lots of good times.
