An update of the Phantisma kind

phantismaSo...in case you don't follow my *other* journal, I got laid off on Friday. It wasn't too much of a surprise, and to be fair, I was ready to be out of that particular job. I got a decent severance package and I will be able to drain my 401K if necessary.
Except, all of that is sort of...on hold. Technically, I'm still employed until May 3rd, so I can't file for unemployment, I can't get my severance or my 401k. And, the turn around time on getting the money from those things is...further out than I would like.
I'm good for the month of May, my paycheck this friday will pay my rent for May, and my final paycheck will cover the rest of my bills, though groceries and the like may be scarce. My concern is for June.
I am doing some freelance writing, which should help bridge the gap some.
However, I am not ashamed of hawking my wares. I have pictures to sell. I have a camera and time to do photoshoots, including senior portraits, weddings, pets, kids...you name it, I can do it. I read tarot. I write. I edit/beta.
